Gift Certificates and Loyalty Programs are available at our spa location. Please call 760.726.1188 for more details or any questions. Gift Certificates and Loyalty Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Certificates and Loyalty Cards will not be replaced.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard. There is a minimum charge of $25 (excluding gratuity) for Visa and MasterCard.
Gratuities are not included in any service price. We feel that the decision to extend a gratuity should be the result of the client experience, and left to the discretion of the client. If you would like, our spa front desk can assist you with extending a gratuity to your service provider.
Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are always welcome. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointments to take a shower, relax and enjoy a complimentary cup of Chinese tea.
In the event that you are running late, we will endeavor to conduct your full treatment. However, your treatment may need to be shortened should there be another booking immediately afterwards.
Your therapist will leave you to change in private, making sure that your privacy is protected at all times.
The best way to receive a massage is with the body completely unclothed. Throughout the session, you will be draped with towels covering all parts of the body not being worked on. Feel free to wear underwear, bra or swimsuit if you are more comfortable.
Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, we appreciate that a visit to a spa is a very individual experience.
Please let us know if there is any way that we can improve your treatment or comfort - for example, heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, adjusting the sound and lighting levels, music volume or other issues.

1. We recommend that no jewelries should be worn at the spa. We accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa.
2. Clients, who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or any other medical complications, please explain your medical condition to us.
3. In order to ensure you are relaxed throughout your services, and as a courtesy to other clients, please silence your cell phones or set them on vibrate.
